We’ve just returned from a week in California visiting our children and our grandchild. So much sunshine!
Organic growers in California just think they have pests. There just aren’t anything like the insects, fungi, and bugs in California that we have here in central Alabama. Of course, we must always remember that they live in a desert, so they’re totally dependent on having water piped in from great distances. If the water ever stops, southern California will become inhospitable VERY fast.

- Alma Rosa Winery & Vineyards – the smallest of the three and the only one that’s certified organic
