Toward a Resilient Food Strategy

Almost by definition, it’s at the core of every strategy for subsistence farming.

  • You hope to save money
  • You know your food will taste better
  • You know your food will be healthier
  • You will improve your own health from the exercise
  • You will decrease your carbon footprint
  • And let’s face it – producing your own food is just plain cool.
