It’s been a quiet winter, and we’ve taken advantage of the comparative lull to focus on the lodge and to help out in some new ways at our church. But enough of that! Soon Spring will be here, and we have much to do. We planted about 40 new fruit trees during the winter, but they’re still not recorded properly on the planting database. There are seeds to be started and young trees to mulch. And why are we still losing plants to varmints?
